Effective October 9, 2026. This describes the features in the current AthleteFactory baseball edition.

The free player guide

Position, school stage, competition age group and optional measurements are processed in the page. Our application does not send them to its database or save them across reloads. We do not ask children to submit their names, email addresses, photographs, videos, home addresses or other identifying information. Please do not put that information into an instructor application.

We have not added advertising pixels, third-party analytics, embedded video players or behavioral-advertising tools. Our hosting provider may process technical information to operate and secure the site. An owner-only review link requires the host’s sign-in; public access is a separate launch step.

Adult instructor applications

The instructor application is for adults aged 18 and older. Sign-in identifies your account. We store the sign-in user ID and email with the name, playing/coaching background, institution, evidence link, city/region, specialty, session format and teaching description you submit, together with confirmation and timing records.

This information is used to maintain your private application and prepare instructor review. It is not a public coach listing and is not used to contact children. You can view, update or delete your own saved application from the instructor page. Account access protects these records; a future operator review service and retention policy must be finalized before a wider instructor rollout.

External stores and links

Links open independent websites that handle their own privacy practices, prices, orders and returns. The current gear links are ordinary unpaid links. Future paid relationships will be disclosed next to the relevant recommendations.

Lessons and player promotion

Payments, lesson reservations, direct messaging, youth accounts, video uploads and athlete spotlight submissions are not active in this edition. Parent-managed participation, permissions, instructor review and appropriate session policies will be part of that service before it opens.

For this private review edition, Joseph manages AthleteFactory through the original project conversation. A public support contact will be added before open registration. If you are an instructor applicant, your signed-in application page provides direct deletion of your submitted record.
